• Telegram username, user ID, chat ID, and messages sent to the official bot.
• Telegram Stars payment details, including item purchased and Telegram payment charge ID.
• Files you choose to upload for creative tools, such as profile images or videos.
• Support messages and basic technical logs needed to run, debug, and protect the service.

How We Use It

We use this information to run the bot, deliver digital goods, track credits, process support or refunds, prevent abuse, and improve OffKeyVibes tools and pages.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by platforms needed to operate the service, including Telegram, Cloudflare, and other hosting or infrastructure providers.

Uploads

Uploaded creative files may be temporarily stored or logged while processing. Do not upload sensitive personal files. If you need an upload removed from OKV systems, contact support with enough detail to identify it.
