What To Include

• Your Telegram username.
• The item name, such as OKV Signal Boost or OKV Avatar Style Credit.
• The Telegram payment charge ID from your receipt.
• A short description of what went wrong.

Refund Review

Refunds for Telegram Stars purchases are reviewed from the Telegram payment charge ID. Duplicate purchases, undelivered credits, and technical failures can be reviewed.

Digital Delivery

Some items deliver immediately as a receipt or saved credit. Creative generation features may deliver after processing or after a feature is enabled. Your credit record is tied to your Telegram account.
